Responsibilities

• Adjust drying parameters to achieve desired results and improve throughput.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area that complies with safety protocols.
• Assist in training new hires on equipment operation and safety standards.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience with drying equipment preferred

• Basic Mechanical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
