Job Description

As the Acoustical Tile Carpenters' Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team of carpenters specialized in installing and maintaining acoustical tiles. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring project quality, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with other trades. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the carpentry team in executing installation projects for acoustical tiles.
  • Conduct safety meetings to reinforce workplace safety protocols.
  • Establish clear communication channels with project stakeholders.
  • Assist in budgeting and managing project expenditures.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve skills.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma
  • Additional training in carpentry is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in carpentry and at least 2 years in a supervisory role
