Job Description

We are actively seeking passionate and experienced First-Line Supervisors of Construction Trades and Extraction Workers to oversee operations on-site. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage teams effectively while ensuring safety and adherence to project specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate construction and extraction teams to achieve project goals.
  • Implement safety policies and ensure adherence to site regulations.
  • Assist in scheduling and project planning to optimize productivity.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Oversee training programs and ensure worker certifications are up to date.
  • Conduct safety audits and reporting on site incidents.
  • Review work performance and provide feedback to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a significant advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
