Trackmobile Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Trackmobile Operator to join our team. The Trackmobile Operator will be responsible for safely operating the Trackmobile to move railcars and perform related tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate rail yard operations using the Trackmobile safely and effectively.
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance on Trackmobile equipment.
• Load and unload cargo on railcars while following safety protocols.
• Keep the facility clean and organized, reporting any hazards.
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding railcar movements and status.
• Participate in safety training and team meetings as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in rail yard operations preferred.

• Equipment Maintenance

Certifications

• Forklift Certification
• OSHA Safety Compliance Training

Languages

• English: Fluent
