As a Food Batchmaker, you will take charge of operating brine mixing equipment. Your role will include preparing ingredient mixes, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the quality of our food products remains top-notch.
Responsibilities
Follow recipes precisely to prepare essential brine mixtures.
Ensure equipment is functioning correctly and perform minor repairs.
Document detailed production logs for quality assurance.
Assist in training new staff on equipment operations and safety protocols.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate degree in food science or related field is a plus
Experience
2+ years of experience in food manufacturing
