Job Description

As an RFID Specialist, you will develop and implement strategies that leverage RFID technology to enhance business operations. You will work closely with various teams to create efficient systems for inventory tracking, asset management, and overall operational enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of RFID projects from conception through implementation.
• Work with teams to identify gaps in current systems and propose RFID solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on RFID technology.
• Manage vendor relationships for RFID hardware and software procurement.
• Assist in the creation of documentation and manuals for RFID systems.
• Refine and adapt RFID strategies based on user feedback and system efficacy.
• Analyze project outcomes and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to communicate RFID advancements and benefits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience working with RFID solutions in a business context
