Join our innovative team as a Pigment Pusher where you will be responsible for creating and mixing high-quality pigments used in cosmetics and other industries. Your role will ensure the consistency of color formulas while maintaining meticulous records of production processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix pigments according to precise guidelines and formulas.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure pigment standards are met.
• Track and manage inventory levels of raw materials and pigments.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and ready for production following safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding production metrics.
• Assist in product development discussions within the team.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
• Remain compliant with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
• Experience in a GMP certified environment preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a pigment or chemical manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Dye and Chemical Handling

Languages

• English: Fluent
