Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of soil samples for chemical and biological properties.
Provide evidence-based recommendations for soil fertility management.
Develop and implement educational programs for farmers on soil health.
Collaborate with local agricultural agencies to promote sustainable practices.
Record and analyze soil test results for ongoing projects.
Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented soil management plans.
Participate in industry conferences to share knowledge and findings.
Support the team in research initiatives and grant applications.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Soil Science, Environmental Sciences, or related field
Master's degree in Soil Science or Agriculture preferred
Experience
3+ years of relevant experience in the agricultural sector.
