Job Description

As a Rice Drier Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the rice drying system, ensuring that the rice meets required moisture percentages for optimal quality. This role involves keeping meticulous records and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate rice drying machinery following established SOPs.
• Monitor and log moisture levels, adjusting processes as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Prepare reports on production metrics and equipment performance.
• Engage actively in team meetings to discuss process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years in rice production preferred

Languages
