Separating, Filtering, Clarifying, Precipitating, and Still Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders

Job Description

As a machine setter, operator, or tender, you will be central to our manufacturing process, ensuring that separation, filtering, clarifying, and precipitating operations run smoothly. You will work closely with our engineering and quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of production.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new employees on safe and effective machine operation.
• Conduct regular checks of machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for timely equipment servicing.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or certification in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Process optimization

Soft Skills

• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety regulations: Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety protocols in manufacturing.
• Previous experience in a chemical processing environment: Experience working in settings dealing with chemical separation processes.
