Job Description

As a Cooking Appliance Repair Technician, you'll play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and installing cooking appliances in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure appliances run efficiently and safely for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair cooking appliances both in-shop and on-site.
• Document all repairs and services performed accurately.
• Educate customers on operating and maintaining their cooking appliances effectively.
• Participate in periodic training programs to enhance technical skills.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster trust and service excellence.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma or certificate in appliance repair is highly preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in appliance repair, particularly cooking appliances.
