Job Description

As a Beam Builder Helper, you will play a critical role in the assembly and construction of beams, following precise specifications to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll collaborate closely with experienced beam builders and contribute to delivering exceptional construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in measuring, cutting, and assembling beams.
• Conduct regular checks for quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and project managers.
• Assist in maintaining tools and machinery in good working order.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in beam construction methods is preferred

Technical Skills

• Machinery operation
• Material knowledge

Certifications

• OSHA certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Languages

• English: Fluent
