Job Description

Join our team as a Meat, Poultry, and Fish Cutter and Trimmer. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely skinning, trimming, and preparing hides for processing. Effective candidates must demonstrate skillful handling of cutting tools and maintain high standards of hygiene in the workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare animal hides for tanning by trimming excess fat and tissue.
  • Maintain detailed records of production and safety compliance.
  • Respond quickly to any safety issues and equipment malfunctions.
  • Support team efforts to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Provide feedback on processes to enhance efficiency and safety.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in meat processing or butchery is preferred.
