Job Description

As a Construction Manager at Construction Solutions LLC, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions and establish project requirements.
  • Monitor daily operations and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations during construction.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new project staff.
  • Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide input on design improvements and construction methods.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Construction Management preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects
