Job Description

As a Swimming Pool Attendant, you will ensure a clean and safe environment for all pool-goers. You will actively monitor pool usage, enforce safety rules, and provide assistance when needed. This position demands a responsible individual who can keep calm in emergencies and offer outstanding service to our patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness of all pool facilities and surroundings.
  • Supervise pool activities, ensuring guests adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Implement pool safety protocols and take corrective action as needed.
  • Conduct routine checks on water quality and chemical balance.
  • Assist guests with queries and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Coordinate swimming lessons and monitor instructional activities.
  • Maintain records of pool usage and incidents, reporting any irregularities.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions.
  • Assist in organizing recreational games and events at the pool.
  • Conduct regular safety drills and ensure readiness for emergencies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience as a lifeguard or swimming pool attendant is preferred.
