We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Employee Adviser to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, resolve employee issues effectively, and serve as a trusted resource for all employees.
Responsibilities
Educate and assist employees with HR policies and procedures to enhance understanding and compliance.
Act as a mediator for conflict resolution between employees and management, promoting a harmonious workplace.
Develop and facilitate workshops on workplace best practices and employee well-being.
Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in creating HR policies that reflect the company's goals and compliance with laws.
Provide mentorship and support for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at increasing employee retention and satisfaction.
Work closely with management to identify training needs and opportunities for staff development.
Participate in HR initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Experience
5+ years in employee relations or HR advisory roles
