Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Employee Adviser to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, resolve employee issues effectively, and serve as a trusted resource for all employees.

Responsibilities

  • Educate and assist employees with HR policies and procedures to enhance understanding and compliance.
  • Act as a mediator for conflict resolution between employees and management, promoting a harmonious workplace.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops on workplace best practices and employee well-being.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in creating HR policies that reflect the company's goals and compliance with laws.
  • Provide mentorship and support for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at increasing employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with management to identify training needs and opportunities for staff development.
  • Participate in HR initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Experience
  • 5+ years in employee relations or HR advisory roles

Certifications
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
