Job Description

We are searching for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. This role entails designing and implementing effective training programs for employee growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design, be adept at engaging diverse audiences, and contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a training calendar, scheduling sessions effectively.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions to cultivate in-house trainers.
  • Assess training materials for relevance and effectiveness.
  • Manage the budget for training programs and initiatives.
  • Incorporate new technologies in training delivery methods.
  • Build positive relationships with employees to promote an inclusive learning environment.
  • Collect data for reporting and to inform future training decisions.
  • Update training programs regularly to include new information and skills.
  • Advise management on training strategies and potential improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Education or related field
  • Master's degree in Training and Development is a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in corporate training and development
