Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial-Organizational Psychologist to design and implement employee learning and development programs that enhance organizational effectiveness. This role will focus on performance management, coaching, and supporting initiatives related to employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage employee development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure the impact of training programs.
  • Consult with department heads to customize training initiatives for specific teams.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives with a focus on employee engagement and performance.
  • Research best practices in industrial-organizational psychology and apply them effectively.
  • Advise on psychological principles that enhance workplace culture and productivity.
  • Create and manage learning resources, including e-learning modules and training manuals.
  • Engage with external training providers to optimize learning resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Ph.D. in a related field is a notable advantage
