Looking for a detail-oriented Tank Cleaning Supervisor to manage and direct our cleaning teams. This role involves ensuring safe operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing cleaning processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of tank cleaning teams and ensure project goals are met.
• Establish and maintain communication with clients regarding cleaning schedules and updates.
• Evaluate and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform regular training sessions on new cleaning techniques and safety measures.
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Analyze operational workflows and develop best practices.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss challenges and possible improvements.
• Ensure thorough documentation of cleaning procedures for compliance audits.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in safety management preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in a supervisory role within tank cleaning industry
