Job Description

As an Assembler or Fabricator at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play an essential role in our production process. Your attention to detail and ability to work with various materials will help ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of finished products.
• Follow assembly instructions and adhere to production standards.
• Record production metrics and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance workflow and efficiency.
• Identify issues in production and assist in troubleshooting.
• Support efforts in continuous improvement and quality assurance.
• Help maintain equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Engage in cross-training to support various assembly tasks.
• Participate in safety training and contribute to a safe workplace.
• Support warehouse operations through effective teamwork.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in packaging or warehouse environment preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

• Basic math and counting skills

• Good hand-eye coordination
• Excellent communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift certification: Certification to operate forklift equipment safely.
