Responsibilities

• Drive competitively in high-pressure environments.
• Participate in workshops and training to enhance racing techniques.
• Collaborate with engineers on race car design and modifications.
• Communicate effectively with team members for optimal performance.
• Ensure racing gear and equipment are maintained and ready to use.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of a recognized racing program or school

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in high-performance racing

Technical Skills

• Driving high-performance vehicles
• Performance analysis

Soft Skills

• Adaptability under pressure
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Completion of advanced racing workshops

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Background in mechanical engineering or automotive technology: Understanding of vehicle mechanics can enhance performance.
• Experience in sponsorship acquisition: Ability to attract sponsors and manage relationships.
