We are seeking a skilled Neonatologist who will oversee the medical treatment of newborn infants. Your expertise will be crucial in a NICU setting, ensuring the highest standard of care for vulnerable patients.
Responsibilities
Administer specialized care for critically ill newborns.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance neonatal care.
Work with a team of neonatal nurses and specialists.
Conduct family meetings to discuss treatment plans and expectations.
Be available for consultation on complex cases.
Requirements
Education
MD with a focus on Pediatrics and completed Neonatology fellowship
Experience
At least 5 years in a high-acuity NICU setting
