Injection Molding Process Technician

Job Description

The Injection Molding Process Technician will be key to our production team, responsible for setting up and maintaining injection molding machines. You'll troubleshoot any production issues and ensure we meet or exceed our production targets. This role requires a strong technical background and an ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of production output and quality metrics.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
• Provide technical support to the production team as required.
• Participate in team meetings to promote effective communication.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field preferred

Experience

• Experience with mold design and repair preferred.

• Injection Molding Software Tools
• AutoCAD

Certifications

• Advanced Injection Molding Certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
