We are looking for a skilled Binding Cutter to join our manufacturing team in Los Angeles. This role involves cutting and trimming various binding materials while ensuring quality and precision. The ideal candidate will have experience with textile cutting machinery and a keen eye for detail to maintain our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various binding cutting machines to achieve cutting specifications.
• Check materials for quality and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while operating machinery.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on cutting equipment to ensure efficiency.
• Work closely with quality control teams to enhance product quality.
• Participate in production planning to help meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate logs of materials used and production rates.
• Assist in the training of new staff members on equipment and procedures.
• Contribute to team-oriented practices to boost overall production efficiency.
• Support cross-department collaboration to enhance workflow.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
