Job Description

As a Sewing Machine Operator at Creative Apparel Co., you will be responsible for crafting high-quality prototypes of garments, playing a key role in our design process. Your skills in interpreting specifications and operating sewing machines will directly impact the success of our product launches.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sewing operations adhere to production timelines and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior sewing staff.
• Assist in the training of new employees on sewing techniques and equipment.
• Document production processes and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate on troubleshooting fabric or production issues when they arise.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Fashion Design is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in sewing or garment construction roles

Languages
