We seek a knowledgeable Oyster Buyer to oversee the procurement of high-quality oysters. You will leverage your industry experience and familiarity with seasonal variances to ensure our product meets demand and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key oyster suppliers.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product safety and standards.
• Plan and coordinate the shipment of oysters to distribution centers.
• Develop procurement strategies that align with seafood market trends.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise.
• Participate in seafood trade shows to network and source new suppliers.
