Job Description

The Commercial Floor Covering Installer will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of floor coverings in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial floor coverings according to project specifications.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete installations efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
• Complete installation projects within specified timeframes.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices and training.
• Assist in inventory management and tracking of materials.
• Support team members during complex installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during installation processes.
• Report and document project progress and issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial flooring installation

Technical Skills

• Power Tool Proficiency

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
