Job Responsibilities
  • Lead daily property management activities.
  • Respond to tenant satisfaction surveys and adjust services accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Assist residents with lease renewals and necessary paperwork.
  • Develop and maintain effective tenant communication channels.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Relevant certifications preferred
  • Property Management Software Proficient in using property management software like AppFolio or Yardi.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Skilled in Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Strong analytical skills for resolving tenant issues.
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM)
  • National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Understanding of fair housing laws: Familiarity with both federal and state fair housing laws relevant to property management.
  • Experience in conflict resolution: Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts between tenants and management.
