As a Residential Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating residential services for our properties. Your role includes handling tenant requests, maintaining property standards, and ensuring overall tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily property management activities.
• Respond to tenant satisfaction surveys and adjust services accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance checks.
• Assist residents with lease renewals and necessary paperwork.
• Develop and maintain effective tenant communication channels.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in property management.
