Job Description

Join our team as a Right of Way Agent, where you will oversee the acquisition and negotiation of right of way agreements. This position requires a thorough understanding of legal implications and a strong ability to communicate effectively with property owners and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation efforts for right of way agreements in multiple projects.
• Research and evaluate property data to inform negotiations.
• Engage with community stakeholders to address concerns regarding land acquisition.
• Implement tracking systems for project milestones and deadlines.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for junior agents on negotiation and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Real Estate is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in land acquisition or right of way management
