Job Description

As a Food Service Manager, you will oversee the food service facility's operations, develop strategies for improving food quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability while leading your team to success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of food service operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
  • Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills and service delivery.
  • Conduct regular food safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Analyze customer feedback to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  • Create innovative menu items to attract new customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all health regulations and local codes.
  • Draft monthly reports on performance metrics and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or Hospitality Management
  • Certification in Food Safety Management is a plus.
Experience
  • 3+ years in a supervisory role in food service operations.
