Job Description
As a Food Service Manager, you will oversee the food service facility's operations, develop strategies for improving food quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability while leading your team to success.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of food service operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills and service delivery.
Conduct regular food safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
Analyze customer feedback to enhance the dining experience.
Manage vendor relationships to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
Create innovative menu items to attract new customers.
Ensure compliance with all health regulations and local codes.
Draft monthly reports on performance metrics and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or Hospitality Management
Certification in Food Safety Management is a plus.
Experience
3+ years in a supervisory role in food service operations.
