Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and will excel in customer service interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for all technical inquiries.
  • Implement and monitor backup solutions.
  • Participate in IT projects as needed.
  • Conduct technology training sessions for staff.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications preferred

  • 3+ years of technical support experience
