Job Description

As an HVAC Installation Helper, you will assist the installation team with a wide range of HVAC systems. This role involves supporting the lead installer in all aspects of the installation process, ensuring safety regulations are adhered to, and maintaining a clean work environment. We are looking for hands-on individuals who are eager to learn and grow within this essential trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and properly stored after use.
• Participate in routine maintenance procedures, including cleaning and replacing filters.
• Learn to read blueprints and schematics, aiding in precise installations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance workflow and productivity.
• Assist with troubleshooting problems that may arise during installations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or a related field is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of hand and power tools

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in HVAC installation: Holding an HVAC certification can be advantageous.
