Job Description

As a Metal and Plastic Worker, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing and installation of fences. Your craftsmanship will ensure that our products not only meet but exceed customer expectations. We are looking for candidates with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to prepare for installations.
• Install fencing products ensuring alignment and stability.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and any challenges.
• Train and mentor junior workers on best practices in fence assembly and installation.
• Document daily progress and report to management.
• Use machinery and tools safely and effectively.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade school diploma in metalworking or plastics is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industry

Technical Skills

• Blueprint Reading
• Metal Fabrication

Certifications

• Forklift Operation Certification
• Safety Training Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
