Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate cutting machines for fabric cutting operations.
• Read and interpret work orders to determine cutting specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance on cutting equipment to ensure reliability.
• Identify and rectify any issues with cut materials promptly.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety regulations.
• Train new operators on machine operations and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production performance and challenges.
• Document all production processes accurately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience as a Cutting Machine Operator or similar role.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in operating straight knife cutting machines
• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent
