Job Description
As a County Court Judge, you will preside over various legal proceedings, ensuring fairness and adherence to the law. Your role will involve interpreting laws, managing court operations, and making rulings that shape legal outcomes.
Responsibilities
Oversee courtroom procedure, ensuring justice is administered fairly.
Evaluate evidence and legal arguments presented during trials.
Deliver rulings based on current laws and precedents.
Facilitate jury selection and instruct juries on legal matters.
Prepare legal opinions and rulings for publication.
Ensure compliance with legal practices and regulations in court.
Foster a respectful and efficient courtroom environment.

Requirements
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution
Experience
7+ years in litigation, with experience as a practicing attorney or judge
