Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a vital role in our recruitment process. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Leverage various sourcing methods to attract top talent.
  • Interview candidates and assess their fit for the company culture and role requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract talent.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions that align with company goals.
  • Provide support and guidance to hiring managers in interview and selection processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years in recruitment or HR specialist roles preferred
