As a Structural Metal Fabricator with our team, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling steel products to meet project specifications. We seek individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Perform quality checks on metalwork and finished products.
• Assist in the setup of welding machinery and tools.
• Work with CNC machinery for precise fabrication.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support training initiatives for new team members.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Document fabrication processes for compliance and quality control.
• Contribute to team meetings and share ideas for efficiency improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade school certification or apprenticeship in welding or metal fabrication

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication and welding

Technical Skills

• Stick welding
• Steel fabrication

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
