Job Description

As a Finish Grinder, you will be responsible for grinding and smoothing metal parts to meet specific requirements. This role demands a keen eye for detail and the ability to operate grinding machines effectively, ensuring that all products meet quality and precision standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and operation of grinding machinery.
• Conduct thorough inspections of finished products for quality control.
• Modify machine settings based on feedback and inspection results.
• Document measurements and results for quality assurance records.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations and safety procedures.
• Support team efforts to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain an organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs to supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Entry-level position - no experience required.

Technical Skills

• Hand-eye coordination

Languages

Advantageous
