Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines while ensuring all safety protocols are followed. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Setup machinery for production runs and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks on products and raw materials.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and collaborate with maintenance staff for repairs.
• Maintain accurate production logs and inventory counts.
• Implement necessary adjustments during production to meet specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certificate in manufacturing or related field preferred.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
