Job Description

We are inviting applications for a Metal Bonding Press Operator position. The ideal candidate will have experience operating bonding equipment and a keen eye for detail to ensure product excellence.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate bonding machines for optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
• Efficiently manage workflow to meet production targets.
• Document maintenance activities and adhere to compliance guidelines.
• Identify process improvements that enhance quality or efficiency.
• Assist with inventory management of metal materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding production issues.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification in manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role

Technical Skills

• Machine Operation
• Technical Drawing Interpretation

Soft Skills

• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior Experience in Metal Fabrication: Hands-on experience in metal fabrication or assembly roles is a plus.
• Forklift Certification: Certified to operate forklifts is beneficial for material handling.
