Job Description

As a Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our facilities to maximize productivity and employee satisfaction. You'll coordinate maintenance staff, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage a team of maintenance technicians and janitors.
  • Implement facility improvement projects as necessary.
  • Monitor compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed.
  • Develop preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime.
  • Create training materials for staff regarding facility operations.
  • Respond promptly to tenant requests and concerns.
  • Participate in strategic planning for facility management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management
