We are in search of dedicated Title Examiners, Abstractors, and Searchers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for researching property titles, verifying ownership, and ensuring that all real estate transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires precision and a keen eye for detail to maintain the integrity of property records.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth title searches for properties to identify owners and liens.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding title issues.
  • Testify in court if needed regarding title disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for title examinations.
  • Collaborate with appraisers and surveyors to gather necessary property information.
  • Train junior staff on title examination processes and practices.
  • Utilize property management software for tracking title searches and reports.
  • Engage in continuous education to keep current with changes in real estate law.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
  • Real Estate license preferred
  • Property management software Experience with software like Yardi or Appfolio for managing property data.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook for document preparation and management.
  • Attention to detail Exceptional ability to notice details and maintain accuracy in title reports.
  • Strong communication skills Ability to communicate complex information clearly to clients.
  • English (Fluent)

  • Proficiency in lease negotiation: Ability to negotiate terms favorable to clients while ensuring compliance.
  • Experience with local zoning regulations: Knowledge of local zoning laws and building codes relevant to property management.
