Job Description

As a Mold Repair Specialist at Manufacturing Solutions Inc., you'll be the backbone of our production processes. Your primary responsibility will revolve around repairing and maintaining molds that are crucial to our manufacturing operations. You'll ensure that each mold functions optimally, drastically reducing downtimes and enhancing production quality. Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess molds to determine repair needs.
• Repair damaged or worn-out molds to restore functionality.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve mold-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mold issues effectively.
• Ensure molds comply with safety and quality standards.
• Work with external suppliers for complex repairs or replacements.
• Train and mentor junior technicians in mold repair techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Mold Repair or related field (preferred)

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in mold repair or maintenance
