Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust trimming machines for optimal performance.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on products post-trimming.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Engage in problem-solving to address production challenges.
• Work with team members to maintain a cohesive production line.
• Assist in maintaining the inventory of supplies used in production.
• Complete training on food safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience

Experience

• Prior experience in food processing or related industry is preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of HACCP
• Organization skills

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in food handling/safety: Certification in food safety protocols would be an asset.
