Job Description

As a Weave Room Supervisor, you will oversee the production processes in our weaving room, ensuring that we produce premium textiles efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep knowledge of textile manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily weaving operations and ensure that all team members are performing their tasks effectively.
  • Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication within the weaving team.
  • Assist in troubleshooting machinery and coordinating maintenance as needed.
  • Analyze production data for trends and implement improvements where applicable.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align on production schedules and priorities.
  • Manage workforce training and development programs to enhance skill sets.
  • Motivate team members to reach their full potential and recognize achievements.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety-first mindset.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or Manufacturing Management preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in textile manufacturing with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
