Job Description
As a Weave Room Supervisor, you will oversee the production processes in our weaving room, ensuring that we produce premium textiles efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep knowledge of textile manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily weaving operations and ensure that all team members are performing their tasks effectively.
Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication within the weaving team.
Assist in troubleshooting machinery and coordinating maintenance as needed.
Analyze production data for trends and implement improvements where applicable.
Coordinate with other departments to align on production schedules and priorities.
Manage workforce training and development programs to enhance skill sets.
Motivate team members to reach their full potential and recognize achievements.
Contribute to developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety-first mindset.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or Manufacturing Management preferred
Experience
Minimum 5 years in textile manufacturing with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
