Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner of Vehicles and Equipment to enhance customer experience at our automated car wash facilities. Your role will be to assist customers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, all in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in operating the automated car wash, guiding them through the process.
• Provide instructions on fueling procedures and assist customers with fueling their vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the automated car wash and fueling stations.
• Perform basic maintenance checks on automated car wash and fueling equipment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor and manage inventory of car wash and fueling supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Keep records of transactions and generate reports as required.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field

Advantageous

• Experience in Automotive Services: Previous experience working in a car wash or automotive service environment is a plus.
