Job Description

As a Watch Technician, you will play a vital role in restoring and maintaining watches to ensure they meet high customer satisfaction standards. You'll work with various luxury brands, utilizing your skills in repair and fabrication to ensure every piece functions flawlessly.

Responsibilities

• Examine watches and diagnose problems with precision and accuracy.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various types of watches, including quartz and automatic.
• Replace watch batteries and bands as needed.
• Test watches to ensure they are running accurately and efficiently.
• Interact with customers to provide information about service offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stay informed about new technologies and advancements in the watch industry.
• Train junior staff members on repair techniques and customer service.
• Collaborate with sales associates on customer-related repairs.
• Prepare and manage inventory for tools and spare parts.

Requirements

Education

• Associates degree or trade school certification in horology or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience servicing and repairing high-end watches

Technical Skills

• Watch repair tools use
• Familiarity with luxury watch brands

Certifications
