As a Recreation Leader, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating engaging recreational activities for individuals and groups. Your role encompasses leading teams, motivating participants, and ensuring a fun and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and safe environment for participants.
• Facilitate group activities and games, promoting teamwork and social interaction.
• Evaluate the success of recreational programs and recommend improvements.
• Work with community partners to enhance program offerings.
• Train and supervise recreation staff and volunteers.
• Manage participant registrations and logistics for events.
• Conduct safety inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Assist in marketing and promoting recreational programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in planning and executing recreational programs
