Job Description

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Dunger to manage our dunger operations within the textile industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring all dunger-related tasks are efficiently processed while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of dunger collection and sorting.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on dunger operations efficiency.
  • Conduct safety audits and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to establish operational goals.
  • Develop training materials for dunger staff.
  • Review and improve dunger processing workflows.
  • Assist with external audits pertaining to dunger management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Waste Management or related field
  • Certification in dunger management or equivalent preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in waste management or related field
