Job Description

As a Seam Hammerer at Innovative Metalworks, you will operate and maintain hammer machines to shape and flatten metal seams. This role requires attention to detail, ensuring quality and precision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate hammer machines based on production requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to optimize efficiency.
• Inspect raw materials to ensure they meet production specifications before use.
• Record production data and maintain accurate inventory logs.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in metalworking is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in operating hammer machines or similar equipment
